Ellis Memorial Cambridge, MA Project: Re-development of historic building into a Child Care & Community center Client: Davis Square Architects/ Ellis Memorial & Eldredge House, Inc. Challenges and Opportunities: DZI is providing Civil engineering services in the rehabilitation of the two existing historic building. DZI is currently working with the BWSC to provide updated Water and Sewer services as well as working under Boston’s article 32 to provide stormwater mitigation. DZI scope will include assistance in designing the building greenroofs. The project is seeking a minimum of LEED silver certification.
